1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our partner warehouses (EU, US, and Asia). If your country is not available at checkout, please email support@trexozy.com and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.
2. Processing Times

* Orders placed after 12 pm (GMT+1) are processed the next business day.

4. Rates

Digital products: Free delivery (download).

Physical orders under 0.5 kg: Flat US $6 worldwide.

0.5-2 kg: Weight-based rate shown at checkout (from US $9).

Orders over US $100: Free Standard Shipping to most countries.
Express options (DHL Express / UPS Saver) appear automatically when available.
5. Tracking & Updates
A tracking link is sent to your email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also log in to “My Account” → Track Order.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties or VAT may apply outside the EU/US and are the customer’s responsibility. Trexozy cannot predict or control these charges.
7. Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple parcels if items ship from different warehouses. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

In transit > 30 days? Email support@trexozy.com with your order number.

We will open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we reship or refund.

Trexozy is not liable for parcels marked “Delivered” by the carrier; please check with neighbours or local post first.
9. Wrong or Incomplete Address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for the correct details. Reshipping fees apply.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Address changes or cancellations are possible within 2 hours of purchase. After fulfilment begins, our Return Policy applies.
