Terms Of Services

  1. When you purchase a digital item, Trexozy grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, use, and print the file for personal or internal business use.

  2. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the digital file publicly.

  3. Violation of this licence may result in legal action and termination of your account.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  1. Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy (incorporated herein).

  2. Digital products are delivered instantly via download link; see Return & Refund Policy for exceptions.

  3. By ordering you acknowledge that you have read the relevant policy pages.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site—including logos, graphics, text, product designs, and software—is owned by Trexozy or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  2. You may view, download, and print content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission from Trexozy.

7. User-Generated Content

  1. If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other materials (“Content”), you grant Trexozy a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such Content in any media.

  2. You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove any Content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trexozy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid Trexozy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Trexozy, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

  2. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Casablanca Commercial Court.

  3. For EU/UK consumers, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
